ImageBatchResizer is a program that can reduce the size of all the pictures in a folder.
The user must enter the name of the folder that holds the JPG files that he wants to reduce, the folder where he wants to save the reduced files and the factor that he wants to apply to reduce (or increase) the size of the files. If you select the "Batch Processing" box, the program will resize in alphabetical order all the JPG images saved in the source folder, without asking anything. If that box is not checked, the program will ask the user if he wants to resize each one of the files.

ImageBatchResizer will show you the image while it is resizing it. It will also display the name of the image file, and the current size of the image. The program will stop when it has resized the last image in the source folder.

The .ZIP file that you will download by clicking on the provided link contains both the source Visual Basic files and the .EXE file in a folder named "bin". The user does not need to install the program. He will just need to run that file to execute the program.
